Setting up group reports in Business works

When I try to set up group reports in Business Works.  I either get an error or it doesn't save for the next time.  Can anyone help me with this?  It is very time consuming to run reports separately.  I have two companies and one works fine.

  • If you are receiving an error, I would first recommend typing the error in the Knowledge Base (support.na.sage.com).  I would also search the Knowledge Base using the search words "Group reports" to see if there are articles in there that relate to your issue.  If you are unable to find anything in the Knowledge Base and still need assistance, please call 800-447-5700 to speak with a Customer Service Rep to further troubleshoot your issue.
