I installed 2018 Businessworks SP1, but the federal payroll allowances and rates did not change. Will there be another service pack to install soon
Thanks
Fred
For what we pay for service we shouldn't have to do it by hand nor should be have to ask in a forum!! The communication between Sage and their customers is less than acceptable!!
Testing the tables?? Come on this is crazy!! As I said in my other reply if we were late in paying for bill we'd be charged a late charge but there is NOTHING we can do to get any of our money back!!…
Fred - Correct. The Federal tax tables were not approved until late in December, which was after the early Tax Tables that we released. Yes there will be another one some out probably near the end of January, if not sooner.
Thanks,
Coleen
I just downloaded Businessworks 2018 SP1 which states that it will update my tax table, but it did not. Help?
Please review the attachment in Knowledge Base article #85328 Sage BusinessWorks 2018 Product Update and Service Pack Release Notes. It lists what changes were on that release. If your state was not included on that release then then should be included in SP 2 that will come out in February. Sometimes states have not approved or published their tax tables to be included in our early tax table release, similar to what happened with the Federal Tax tables this year, so they are included in our late tax table release, in this case SP 2 for V2018 (SP 5 for V2017).
Thanks,
Coleen
Do you know when SP2 will be released? Thanks.
I do not have an exact date, I have been told the first part in February.
Thanks,
Coleen
It is the first part of February and I have employees livid. Is there any update? This is ridiculous!
I just looked on the downloads and service pack 2 is there and I downloaded it and then went and checked my Tax table and it is correct.
Thanks!
Thanks!
