List Index out of Bounds (3)

Has anyone else noticed an error code when searching for account in AP>Enter Invoices?  The code we receive is list index out of bounds (3).  I've uninstalled and reinstalled this program on the PC with the antivirus software and Firewall turned off.  Any suggestions?

    Shawver-  I am not familiar with that error and I don't see anything in the Knowledge Base.  Because the error is only happening with one person I would check to see what changed in the environment on that computer or user profile.  Check to see if anything unusual happened - like maybe there was an incomplete update or errors on the computer event logs you can have your computer person review.  Otherwise, if you need additional BusinessWorks assistance, I would have you open a case to work with a support analysis.  You can call 800-447-5700 to open a case.
