Can you reproduce the ERROR in a demo/sample company?

If no, then try below

All users must exit, then on your server run the Backup utility on the company with problems
( i backup 2 times to External USB flash drive and a network server drive)

then in AP run the re-build data files in TRANSFER

the try in AP enter invoices, if no success then call SAGE for support

I'm a user just like you but I like to play doctor on TV.

It works when there is a check box marked, however, it then reports the same error with a (5) instead.

I should have also noted that this is only happening on 1 user.  It doesn't happen on the other 5 users we have.

that's going to be aggravating to find

Shawver-  I am not familiar with that error and I don't see anything in the Knowledge Base.  Because the error is only happening with one person I would check to see what changed in the environment on that computer or user profile.  Check to see if anything unusual happened - like maybe there was an incomplete update or errors on the computer event logs you can have your computer person review.  Otherwise, if you need additional BusinessWorks assistance, I would have you open a case to work with a support analysis.  You can call 800-447-5700 to open a case.
