My CA SDI tax percentage is correct in the tax tables. However, the calculation is not matching/correct? Does anyone know a fix?
If your tax rate is correct then it is probably self adjusting. If that tax rate was just changed, it may be trying to self adjust for the previous checks calculated as the wrong rate. You can run the PR, Utilities, Print Payroll Verification Report to see if anything for your SDI shows on the report. Also review Knowledge Base articles #17613 How percentage-based taxes are calculated or #17792 How to troubleshoot percentage-based tax calculations . If you continue to have questions, then I would recommend calling support at 800-447-5700 and opening a case with a support analyst for further troubleshooting.
Thanks,
Coleen
