A have a customer account with a balance due but when I printed statements it shows a negative balance due. I have attached the statement, the customers account and the statement selection page
It appears you have old information on the statement that is still appearing. If that is your issue see article #19940 "Detail does not drop off after printing customer statements from the Preview windows", If that does not resolve, then I would suggest calling 800-447-5700and open a case to work with a support analyst to further troubleshoot your issue with you.
