We have one user who receives the following error when trying to print or preview any report:
Access Violation at 40003005 in module VCL50.bpl. Write of address 014022F4.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled the BW client and Pervasive. This happens no matter what printer she selects.
We are on BWGold version 4.0. (Yes, I realize this is an unsupported version).
I would appreaciate any advise.

Search the KB on the error violation
MS updated, several things related to the printer drivers in XP around 2 or 3 years ago, .NET 3 ? and it caused major head aches
You have to use a less intelligent printer driver, for our HP 4240's, we used HP 1300 drivers just for BW, I did lose the use of multiple trays 
This got fixed in BW v8, we are on 9 and going to be on "10" before the year is out.
Maybe they need to "upgrade"
