It has been posted that Windows updates KB4480970 and KB4480960 are causing network issues on some PCs. This loss of network connectivity is causing Sage BusinessWorks client workstations to suddenly stop working. Some of the symptoms that Sage BusinessWorks users may experience include:
At this time the only known resolution is to roll back the Windows updates causing the error.
Once the update has been removed it may be necessary to install the Sage BusinessWorks client again. For more information on this issue see KnowledgeBase article 95234
This happens to us as well with Sage 100 Contractor. Often times we can fix it by resetting the Sage or SQL settings in Services on the PC acting as our server. But lately, we've had to call Sage to have them reset our license on their end. Very frustrating
Hi everyone. We run our sage on 2 computers and the link seems to be lost on our second computer. Is this a windows prob that my link is lost or something else?
