Year-end is just around the corner and with December quickly approaching you may be wondering when the 2018 W-2, 1099, 940 and other yearly forms will become available. Aatrix will produce an automatic update around December 20th. This automatic update will update all yearly forms including the W-2, 1099 and 940 to the 2018 form. Issues have been reported where the print or preview screen is locking up and freezing the computer. This issue appears to be tied to WebRoot antivirus software. WebRoot is conflicting with the printing task and is not allowing the user interface to end the task. To resolve please contact WebRoot support for assistance on how to allow access to end the task.
As a workaround you can disable Webroot to run the reports.
