We use bv and it's no longer supported. What would be tthe process to switch to a new supportive version. The key would be transferring all the old data to the new version.

We have installed the update. At the end of May 2023 employee "X" had paid all their CPP contributions. After the install, their July 1st 2023 payroll has CPP taken off. Is this a glitch in the update?
