Yes, a simple product catalog, but not a simple way.

Back about 2005-2006, Sage 50 came with Crystal Reports, ColdFusion, and ODBC connectivity on the CD, and there was an online Simply Webstore available as a service. 

Here in 2018, as far as I know, most Editions and Versions of Sage 50 still come with an ODBC connector that allows connecting most any (the 'Open' in ODBC) software that can read data from a database and organize it into a product catalog. 

The Inventory Module doesn't store the pictures, just the links to them, so you would have to store them somewhere that is accessible to the catalog software.  (on a website?)

Now that Sage has gone to a partially online system (the 'c' is for 'Cloud') there's a possibility of them developing some sort of (much easier for the end user than building their own) integrated web catalog / store offering.
