I have downloaded the update, but when installing it I get this error message # 1309, error reading a file....odbc-commercial-3.51.19-win32.msi Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Then I can Abort Retry or Ignore . Not sure what to do I have tried to retry it won't work, I have Windows 7 Help???
Which version of Simply Accounting are you using? 2009? 2010? Where did you save the update to? The "desktop"? Another location on your computer? If you haven't done so already, try saving the update to the "desktop" and then try installing. If you require the latest tax table update, please send me a private message with your client ID, company name and which version you're using. Once I confirm you're on a valid payroll plan, I can send you a private message with the direct link for the latest payroll tax table update.
