Hi:

If you dated the transaction with the February date in the current year you are working in and it doesn't reflect in the report you must modify it and use default report options under the template field drop down box and then run the report again. The transaction should reflect once you change it to default report options rather than last used report options.

Below is a screen shot showing the option to sort the report by Transaction Number (Journal Number), which is the default sort. Try changing it to Date and also check your Start and Finish date parameters for the report.
