Hi Jim - there isn't a report that will tell you what GL accounts were added on a given day. You can export the GL accounts to Excel (or another format) and then look at the CREATEDATE column for that information.  Or you can have a report created.

Better start using Audit logger module from Pacific Technology. It can ask approval for if someone adds new account or modify existing.
