Our client upgraded from Sage 300 2014 PU5 to Sage 300 2019 PU1. We had developed a specialized invoice form for OE for them. After the upgrade everything is out of alignment.
Any ideas why?

Make sure A4 paper isn't checked on that user's print settings.

Is it a Datapipe report
If it is, have you changed the rpt.ini file to allow this ??
It is not a datapipe report, and I had remmed out the Datapipe line with ;
It was working in Sage 300 2014 and now needs a password.
it was OEINV05 that I edited originally.
I assume it is the SQL password it wants - I have had this before and it is something to do with parameters.
if it does not have a selection criteria in the report - put one in to see if that it the problem and will run the report with no password.
