Your shared folder is incorrect, or try running Sage "as administrator"

I have already specified it was launched as Administrator.  2nd line from bottom. And which folder are you specifying?  I have also said that the Database setup works fine, that uses the shared folder. 

Your account needs FULL permissions to the shared folder, that error indicates you don't.

The Data folder has everyone Read, Write and Execute authority.  and the local folder with the program files has users (from a domain level) Read, Write and Execute Authorities.         

BTW I have also ran the solar winds Process Monitor during a execurion of SAGE 300 ERP, and it did not show a failure in loading the SITE file. 

This application is running on a cluster of 4 Terminal servers. We a have a standard service/admin account to configure and run under.   I had previously all 4 running with Sage300ERP Workstation,  with no problems.   All 4 could run SAGE 300ERP in workstation mode. (from shared folders, one for program, one for Data.)   all 4 could launch it locally.   2 were configured as RD servers and 2 as REMOTE APP servers.   and Sage300ERP launched successfully and could be logged into with no problem.   I took one of the Remote App servers, with a working Sage 300ERP Workstation install.  And redid it to have a Client Server install with locally installed programs. 

TThat's when I started to get this error. With the same credentials and the same server that had no problem running the workstation version.

The other servers still launch and log  in no problem to sage. 

My answer doesn't change.

You can't run the SAGE app without full Permissions.  I've been running it for weeks, in workstation mode. 
  The local folder has full Permissions, and the account is a Administrator on both machines, so even if it wasn't shared properly.  The Account should have no problems. and I have had non Administrators using the workstation SAGE with no problems. 

 A functioning SAGE 300 ERP workstations means correct permissions right?

So that means there is probably a stupid DLL. preventing it from running?  
I was worried about the SITES file being designated as programs Directory thing and not a Data Directory thing.

But if I can run the DATABASE setup and have it load and verify all the databases that means the SITE file is correct as well. 
right?

All users need FULL Active Directory rights to the SharedData folder, which includes SITE, COMPANY, and USER.

So I'm at a loss as to why I'm still getting the error. 
My next step is a complete Uninstall and reinstall. And I will try and clear out key Registry settings in between like the SHAREDDATA registry.

I'm sorry we couldn't fix it.  

Have you made sure that the user has rights to the registry entity as well. HKLM/Software/WOW6432Node/ACCPAC.

Otherwise, as Jay mentioned, the user needs Full Control (minus special permissions) over the Shared Data folder + Modify rights over the Programs Folder.

And check the Environment Variables - make sure there is a single entry to the correct RUNTIME folder.

I have gotten it working since.  
The issue happened to be with the server.   Apparently it was a upgrade from a earlier version, and the license, reverted, when I installed a local version of the Standard version, instead of the Premium.    (I didn't do any license installs.).  Any way once I got the proper version, and authorities. Everything worked.
