Clients all have the latest PU and are still receiving this error

As a Sage 300 reseller who is on the latest Canadian Payroll and Sage 300 versions and updates we get the licensing message.
All of our Canadian Payroll clients who are on the latest update receive the payroll license warning.

Ditto, my clients are current and still getting this message. UP72A mod 10, UT72F, Sage 2016 PU2.

For those that are up to date, we are hoping to find a resolution as soon as possible. Thanks for your responses, we'll be sure to include them in our investigation.

We are finding that clients with Sage 2014 and UP72/UT72F do not get this message. However, clients with Sage 2016 PU2 and UP72/UT72F get the "unregistered" message, with no application indicated.

That I can tell this is specifically affecting clients who are NOT licensed for Sage300 premium and also affecting Canadian clients. For US Payroll I have only seen this come up with clients licensed for Sage300 advanced.

As a programmer, it sounds like a simple bug to me. The payroll expiration dates are a new feature, I think some of them went off early.
