49153 means the client can't see the database server.  Check firewall settings.

we tried to connect direct server access without firewall still facing same error.

Can I enable the routed IP & DNS  in workstation windows host ??  it will create any  issue in server ??

Huh?? Routed IP?  DNS?  Is this installation on a WAN?

NOT WIDE area, i thought is DNS problem that why asked change the host .:)

we just routed the network using VLAN, LAN area using port A  50 series and subnet is 0 series

49153 always means either:

1. The server isn't running

2. It can't be pinged by name

3. A firewall is blocking the SQL port.
