The first issue you described has been reported on kb# 67440 and is currently targeted for version 2018 Product Update 4.  See kb# 56080 for the scheduled release date which is TBD at this time.  I just tested the Auto-complete issue in Job Maintenance Customer Number field and it is broke but has not yet been reported.   Thank you for taking the time to post this.  I will submit that as a new defect.

I just took a look at that KB and it is referring to the address on the job billing invoice.  What is happening is that when you enter a customer number in Job Maintenance, the customer billing address is automatically filling in the Job Address fields. This may be a different issue.

You are absolutely correct.  I just tested and this is different and thank you for catching me on that.  I have created kb # 92183 for the Customer Address populates in Job Address and kb# 92184 for the Auto-complete does not work in Job Maintenance, Customer No field.  They have been submitted to engineering.  If you see anything that I may have stated incorrectly, please let me know.
