SAGE 100 2015 PU1 crashes on Windows 10 Pro - Need help

We are beginning to implement Windows 10 Pro in our company, but we are having issues with SAGE 100 2015 PU1. It crashes randomly. Every time we get a input/output error with SY_SESSION.PVC. Followed by a ProvideX: File locking - Unlock region failure, likely network/hardware error.

I have followed the KB for these errors with no luck. It is not the network because we are not having these issues with Windows 7. I've even tried two different hardware systems with Windows 10 and end up with the same results. I've added AV exclusions to the SAGE program directory, and granted users full control of the SAGE program directory. SAGE support has not been much help. Any suggestions?

Were you ever able to figure this out? We are having the same issue with brand new computers running Windows 10.

Did you try running the Sage 100 workstation shortcut as Administrator?

Run Sage 100 as an Administrator:
Right-click the shortcut used to access Sage 100
Select Run as Administrator to launch Sage 100

Set the Sage 100 shortcut to always Run as Administrator:
Right-click the shortcut used to access Sage 100
Select Properties
Access the Compatibility tab
For Privilege Level, select the Run this program as an administrator check box
Click OK
Click the shortcut used to access Sage 100 to launch Sage 100

I'm troubleshooting something similar. I'm thinkinng it has something to do with Win10 and print driver grouping. Open to thoughts!
