SAGE 100 2015 PU1 crashes on Windows 10 Pro - Need help

We are beginning to implement Windows 10 Pro in our company, but we are having issues with SAGE 100 2015 PU1.  It crashes randomly.  Every time we get a input/output error with SY_SESSION.PVC.  Followed by a ProvideX: File locking - Unlock region failure, likely network/hardware error.

I have followed the KB for these errors with no luck.  It is not the network because we are not having these issues with Windows 7.  I've even tried two different hardware systems with Windows 10 and end up with the same results.  I've added AV exclusions to the SAGE program directory, and granted users full control of the SAGE program directory.  SAGE support has not been much help.  Any suggestions?
