do you mean change the name you see in the form window or on the actual report itself?

Sorry for the confusion, but I mean to change the name in the SAGE Form Window. Is it possible?

There is a console utility (sy_menu_ui) to rename what you see there but I would not recommend it (for a couple reasons).

Better options are to use My Tasks (with a public folder if you wish) or custom tool bar buttons.  Both of which are easily renamed without editing system settings.

As Kevin mentions there is a utility but I also would not recommend it. You can change the form name say from Standard to Daxm's Custom Aging

Yes.  Report Settings are where custom names are usually applied.  Not the Sage menus.
