Sage ERP 2017 (pvxwin32.exe) waiting on a response (Hung) from Teams.exe.

We recently upgraded our Sage 100 ERP application to version 2017 and noticed random hangs (Not responding) when starting a Sage task. This also causes explorer to hang until the task is closed, or the entire application is restarted. Upon further investigation, we discovered that closing Teams.exe also resolves the hang, and in event viewer we see that pvxwin32.exe is waiting on a response from teams.exe.

We have a case opened with Sage but wanted to check with the community to see if anything similar was reported. To add, the issue does not occur on workstations not running Teams (But they have Sage 2017) and also did not occur with Sage 2014. Any feedback or information is greatly appreciated.
