Sage100 Application Server closing randomly

This started today around 1pm.  We are running Sage100 Premium.  One of my users received an error while printing that the handle was invalid, then the application server stopped (we are using the application server and NOT the service).  Started it again and it ran for about 10 minutes before closing again.  Restarted the VM and it ran for about an hour and then closed again.

There is nothing in the event logs.  I see that the application server configuration has a logging tab.  Where are those logs stored?

Right now I'm leaning toward just restoring the VM from the previous day's backup, but if I can figure out what is actually going on that might be helpful.

Server 2012 R2 Virtual machine
SQL Server on separate VM
