Error when converting to SAGE 2018 and Payroll 2.0

I was able to migrate the data.

When I am converting the data (toward the end I think) I get the following:

The following conversion record failed while converting 314:

02.17.00.00:DATA:PR_ConvertToFramework:000000:000 - Error #11: Record not found or Duplicate key on write

View the Activity Log to locate a specific conversion log.

Any help is greatly appreciated>

Most likely this error is a result of attempting to convert after migrating to version 2018 WITHOUT any Payroll Update installed. Install Product Update 1 or 2, then install the most recent Payroll update as noted on the Sage 100 2018 full product download as REQUIRED. This was fixed September 2017, however, if you migrated without the product update you may need to re-migrate. If that does not work suggest you uninstall everything and perform the installations in the correct order.
