Assign Current Date to Visual Integrator Date Field?

I used to use 'sysDate' when importing into Legacy tables - looking for the same variable in new business framework.

This really helped me automatically assign a date. I went to the calculated field and typed in {DAY} and it worked well on 4.40 +
