Receiving an error when converting reports on MAS Custom Reports menus after install of V4.40.0.4  And, also while printing Work Order Traveler from the WO Main menu.

Crystal Error: Failed to load the Crystal Print Engine (crpe32.dll) (err/re=22/0) occurred on line 140 in program SWCOCX.

I found a fix for XP & older & it worked:

Resolution ID 525572

Copy the CRPE32.DLL file from C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\Bin into the C:\Windows\System32

However, it doesnt fix it for Windows 7 or Terminal Server 2008.
