Daily Inventory Level - History

I am trying to track down a way either by report or procedure of how to track daily inventory Level for our items in inventory management.

I would love to go back to a specific date in history and find the available qty for a given item/warehouse. is there a report in MAS100 already?

or how would i go about it?

if its a procedure.. could it be automated?

we are currently on Sage 100 Advanced 2018 (version 6.0.4)

The Inventory Trail Balance will allow you to do this. Just enter in the date

To add on to BigLouie's response, that will give quantity on hand, not "available". If you also want to know what was on SO, on WO, on PO, req for WO, on BO, InShipping... that information is not something you can query in retrospect.

great. thanks that helps alot! are these tables/data accessible to crystal reports? id love to be able to run by item for a date range. to see an items invnetory level day/day over a given 2 week period.???
