In Library Master, Setup, Report Manager you can easily add reports to a Menu using the report wizard.  

Thanks for your reply. Yes I agree that I can add new report that way, But I wanted to create new menus and sub menus, as I mentioned in my example.  So is that possible?

No, but you can set up folders in My Tasks.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I did think about the "My Task" option but that won't let you create the sub folders right?  I would like to organize my reports as follow

Department

    DeptA

                Report1

                Report2

                Report3

    DeptB

                Report1

                Report2

    DeptC

                Report1

Skip the Department container and just go with DeptA, DeptB, DeptC as your public folders.

If you are super ambitious, you can look into Visual Process Flows, but I've never taken that feature seriously.

In Sage, Click File, Run.  Enter SY_menu-ui and click ok.  This is how you can modify your menus.  If you put the reports under Custom Menu in Report Manager first you can then change the order under Custom Reports for the specific modules.
