How do you edit the Sold To: Field on picking sheets in the sales order module and save for future use with certain customers?
You use Crystal Designer. When you say you want to edit the Sold To: field do you mean the "Sold To:" label or the actual data. And how do you want to change it? More detail helps with the answer

I want to delete the "Sold To:" label and have only a specific address in the data section.
"Sold To" on a picking sheet comes from the Bill To address for the SO. (Which is either the customer's main address, or if you have National Accounts configured, it could be the linked Bill To customer's main address).
Edit the Crystal Report and you can change it to display anything you want, or edit the SO addresses and have that flow through to the report.
Just open the form by clicking the Designer button (note you need Crystal installed on your work station) and then delete the label.
