Sick Leave Accrued

In Washington state there is a new law that requires giving all employees a certain amount of sick leave each year.

On pay stubs it is required to display the amount of sick leave earned on the current check,  earned YTD and available among other things.

Everything was going well until this morning and I noticed that the amount for SicKAccrued (which I assume is YTD per looking in employee maintenance) is displaying as the SickAvailable.  This was not obvious during testing because for clients starting up new,  those numbers would be the same until someone used some sick time.

I know how to do a formula to get around this,  but am I just misinterpreting what SickAccrued from the CrystalCheckHeader file is?   Or did I spot a bug in how the file is being populated?

I am setting up the formula for the new WA law. What is the formula?

After more investigation I am seeing the SickAccrued (YTD) working properly for some clients and for some clients it is not?  I haven't determined what the difference is yet.  I assume it's a check box somewhere that was missed, but not sure which one yet.

I've also determined that SickAccrued (YTD) is NOT required on the pay stubs.  Apparently only the sick accrued and used on the current check and the amount available.   Based on that it becomes moot whether it works or not.

However if you encounter the situation where you do want the YTD number to display.   You add the sick accrued field from PR1Employee Master to the sickaccrued this check from the CrystalCheckHeader table.
