It's Sage 100 ERP i7 on-premise version.

This forum is for the North America product. Asking here about France software is not going to get you any valuable insights because the programs are technically unrelated.

Why on earth Sage would ever call completely different products by the same name is consistently mind boggling to me.

I'm afraid that we in this forum will not be much help with i7.

The reason the French forum for Sage 100i7 is empty is it was just started up last month.  Prior to this, Sage City was only for North American products.  Why not be the first person to post a question?  The French team and other users of this software may be able to assist you once you post your question there.
