Error in SY_SDataServer.pvc when trying to create sales order with SData

I am getting the following exception while creating the sales order with SData. Same is working in Dev environment but not working in Stage environment. What could be the issue?

Error in E:\Sage\Sage 100 Advanced ERP\MAS90\SY\SY_SDataServer.pvc at line 1452, Method ServeCommon4, PVX Error code 88, OS Error code

Found the issue, it's happening when I enable the AvaTax add-on in Sage 100. Is there any issue with AvaTax and SData combination? Is AvaTax expecting any special input from SData request? anybody has an idea?
