General ODBC Errors (Pass Through Queries) in Access 2016

SOLVED

Hi all; I've been having some serious difficulty finding an answer to this issue, which has led me to create my first post here.

I have an access database that pulls tables from all companies by use of pass through queries.
Connection strings are handled via file DSNs I've created in the Data Source Administrator.  Database and queries have worked just fine for over a year, so the DSN is not the issue.

Running Sage Advanced 2016 on Office 2016 / Windows 7 Pro.

Installed an MS Office update last week that appears to have broken how ODBC works.  I am now unable to run more than two pass through queries; Access crashes when this is attempted.

Errors received:

Reserved Error (-7713)

Also:

Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0011ce7b
Faulting process id: 0x4e8
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\MSACCESS.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE16\ACECORE.DLL

I've been able to find a few posts elsewhere noting that other people have encountered a similar issue (though not specifically with Sage), so it seems this most recent MS Office 16 update (Build 1611) has broken something.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
