Is this for a Sage Intelligence report? Are you seeing this error when you run out a Sage Intelligence report? Which report and which version?

This post has been corrected - after 2015 upgrade user gets Subject line error opening any excel file. She is not an SI user.

The fix Sage Support provided is to disable the add-in if that user is not going to be a Sage Intelligence user.
