I am using Sage on a trial basis to see if I want to put one of my clients on it for payroll.  When I try to send an invite to a new user, they cannot accept the invitation.  It comes up with an error message.

Is this because I am still on trial or is there an issue with inviting people to be new users in Sage payroll?

    Hi Liz,

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    There are no restrictions on adding users when you're in a trial, and we currently have no known issues around adding users. 

    Could you ask the invited user to right click the Link in email they have received, and select Copy Hyperlink. Then open an incognito browser window and paste the link into the address bar and they should be able to get set up. 

    If that does not work, delete the user you added and add them again.

    If you still can't add them, I would recommend contacting our support team for further investigation.
