    Hi Kim,

Thank you for using Community hub.

The P35 used to be part of the end of year return, which detailed the total tax and National Insurance deducted for each employee.

Since the introduction of Real Time Information (RTI), this form is no longer used and has been replaced by the Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS).

These are both submitted to HMRC from your payroll program over the course of the financial year.

There's no facility in Sage Business Cloud Payroll to use anything other that the standard April - March tax year.

This means the P11's, which are a Year to date report, tell you the employees tax and NI from April to March inclusively.

     Review your employees' P11 values

If you need your employees financial details from December you can use the detailed payroll report, although this is run per pay period.

    Exporting the detailed payroll report

    Kind regards,

    Nigel
