We’re offering a new way for you to get quick answers to your questions from our Sage experts without having to call us.

We’re holding live drop-in Q&A sessions, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, where you can put your questions to us online. We’ll demo some of the most common questions you ask us, but the focus of the sessions will be driven by you and your questions on Making Tax Digital (MTD).

For example:

• Is my Sage service MTD compliant?
• MTD preparation?
• Are any businesses exempt from MTD?
• What is a digital record?

All you need is a computer with internet access and speakers or headphones so you can listen in. You can then simply submit your question through the chat option in our online meeting room and our experts will answer the questions live as they come in, so you can hear what others are asking too.

As this is an open forum for asking questions, we can’t answer questions about your account information, personal employee information, or a way your organisation specifically does business during this time.
