How do I change the invoice file name

Hi all, 
 I am trying to change the name of the invoice layout so other users can see the default invoice to be used.

Do you mean the Sage Layout name ? 
 If that's the case then you can either 1) Make the layout the Favourite so that it appears on the Favourties list or 2) Save the layout you normally use as "My Company Default Invoice Layout" and ensure that it is named in such a way as to appear at the top of the invoice layouts list. (We have used an asterisk in the layout description to force it to the top of the list)

Edit the report and go to Report -> Email Settings and then click on the Report button
