Sage Accounts shuts down when I search transactions

My software shuts down when I try to search transactions. We run two companies but it only happens in one of them

I'd suggest running a Check Data on the company data files with the issue

Do you mean Check Data wont run or that it returns no errors?

If there are no errors, I would try re-index and compress all files.

I would do all of them. It can't hurt. If that fails you will need Sage tech support
