Problems with VAT submission

I am trying to send my year end VAT return. An HMRC box pops up asking me to authorise my software, then it says we currentle have no authorised software applications?

I have ticked the MTD box in Sage, I have up to date version of Sage 50cloud essentials - 25.1.128.0. Vat details still the same as before.

We are registed for MTD.

I cannot find a solution on Sage, have been on chat which was no help as the agent stopped chatting I waited 20 mins and gave up. Tried the webinars and got couple of things to try, still no help.

I cannot get throught to HMRC as it is so busy, though I do not think the problem is with them.

Can anyone please help me

    Hi Moria,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    Can you try the following

    1. Close and re-open Sage Accounts and try again. Remember to record if this worked.
    2. If re-opening did not work, change the default web browser and restart the computer then try again.
