Does anyone know if the HMRC Vat is offline or is it another sage problem?

It is my second MTD submission and after posting journal and then going to submission online it comes up with company details ok and the a blank sign on screen with a tiny icon in the top left with sign in and no other instructions or writing on the pop up screen
