Sage 50 Update

I'm trying to do the Update v 25.1.1280,0 but after 15 minutes its still says "Please wait while we start the Sage 50 Accounts installer".

How long should the update take ? Is this a fault? any idea how to resolve it ?

As you are having problems surgery the update I suggest you download the full program. It’s available from the Support section of MySage https://my.sage.co.uk/dashboard.aspx, or go to https://ask.sage.co.uk/scripts/ask.cfg/php.exe/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=35000

Thanks Richard ( my IT expert i.e. the husband!) has resolved the problem and I have managed to do the update. Regards ,Janine
