I have updated our version of Sage 50 from v24 to v25 on 4 out of 5 of our computers.  The last computer is my laptop, which also has a separate version of Sage 50 (for another company I do book keeping for, this one is already on V25), and this was installed at the start of the year.

Each of these two Sage packages are set up with different data directories and program directories so the information is completely separate.

Prior to installing the 2nd, newer version of Sage at the start of the year I checked (with Sage) that it would not cause any issues to have the two versions running on one machine and I was told this would be fine. 

Each time I try to install the upgrade v25 for the original version of Sage on the laptop, it fails.  It seems to download the upgrade, and run the security scan, I then get the 'Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device' box, when I click 'yes' it tries to extract the Account files but appears to give up after a few seconds.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
