Exporting a company from sage 50 cloud multi account into a separate sage 50 cloud account.

Question

I have 2 companies running in a multi company 50cloud product and they will be separating. The one leaving will want its own sage 50 cloud single company product. How do I move the data rather than starting again?

Make a full backup of the data (check the settings to include reports, archives, etc), take the backup to the new installation and restore it.
