Why do Sage not respond to ANY emails I send.
i have an urgent issue and they won’t respond

I'm really sorry for the delay in replying, we're busier than normal which has caused high contact volumes and we're working hard to respond to everyone as quickly as possible.

Reading between the lines, I guess you encountered a problem with your Sage programme or you wanted advice as to how to do something. I also guess you tried to phone the Sage helpline and found it very busy, hence your anger.
If I’m right, there are plenty of people in this forum who can offer help and advice on the Sage programme so, putting your anger to one side for the moment, what help or advice would you like?
