Upgrade to 7.22 - Fatal Error - Error Code 114

We just completed upgrade to 7.22.  All of the computer are running fine except one...

One user continues to get a fatal error when she tries to Print and Post an order in the Order Entry Module. A Windows Error message pops up with the following error:

    BusinessVisionCSE.exe - Cobal Text Window
    Execution Error: File 'C:\BusinessVision\BCPrintUtils.1br\BCCREMGR.gnt'
    Error Code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
    114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds - out of memory (signal 11)

When Ok is clicked in the popup, BV closes and the order does not print or post.
