There are a number of things that can cause this error to appear. For a list of troubleshooting items look in the knowledgebase for article 21371. I have found that this article usually addresses this problem for me.
You should check the Data Execution Protection setting on the workstation, and ensure that the BusinessVision executable is exempted.
1.Click Windows Start and choose Control Panel.
3.Click Advanced tab.
4.Click Settings under Performance.
5.Click Data Execution Prevention tab.
6.Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:.
8.Browse the BusinessVision program folder and then double-click on BusinessVision.exe to add to the list.
9.Click Apply, then OK to save the changes.
This is a common issue resulting in "114" Errors.
The problem was fixed...it was an out of date printer driver for the record.
PS: I was also told by my Service Provider that the "Data Execution Prevention tab" is always given for a explanataion for this error but he has yet to see it work, for what its worth.
