Hi

I just bought the 2019 version. I have downloaded to main computer and Laptop. Main computer is working fine.

Now I want to put my information onto my laptop.

I can't seem to get it to acknowledge my back up, when I try to load my info to the laptop.

Need some help on what to do.....I am not the most tech savy person!!
