Upgrade from Premium 2014 to 2019 - Activation code

Question

When I log in to the Sage Portal, It shows my old version with my new serial number but nowhere to get a new Activation code. It also has a previous company name I was using but want to register my new version just under my own name as I do bookkeeping for several companies. How do I get a new activation code and do I need one to complete the activation process?
