Complaint - Email Change

I am changing mail servers and am in the process of updating all my various online accounts. I try to update my address on the SAGE website and it won't update (says contact admin). So I open a chat with Sage support and they refuse to change my email address since my version is no longer covered by support (ver. 2017).

I just want to change my email address on my account....   not impressed. Oh well. I guess they can't email me anymore. Ironically it's more of their loss than mine.

Sorry.... had to vent and let folks know. Been using SAGE / Simply for almost 20 years. I don't have payroll or use it for taxes so I don't always need the newest version. I only upgrade every 2-3 years. And if I need to pay them for an upgrade to simply change my email address, I'm out.
