According to the first ad that came up in a Google search:

"... Sage 50 Pro Accounting. It is the right fit for small businesses that have one company, one location, and one user ..."

So if I understand you correctly, the Pro Edition is a no-go, because the software is going to be used by more than one user, and in more than one location. 

As to how to best configure Sage 50 for the business, I would recommend checking with your accountant or a consultant and really lay out the whole picture..
